RA3XCQ is my own callsign and means that I am one of many amateur radio operators in the world who can to receive and transmit information through the radio waves (air) 2 way both.
SWL means "short wave listener" and R3X-158 is my amateur listener callsign for 1 way radio listening and to send reports to 2 way radio operators and receive those confirmations.
Internet technique is one of facilities to transmit and receive information and is one of my hobbies.
